So here is the bill about cat's rights:

1. My person will never bear the restrictions in the freedom of travel except those that are directly aimed at the protection of my physical well-being.
2. My person will never try to become proficient in purely dog's skills.
3. My person will never stand to be laughed at during the study no matter what stupid action I might commit.
4. Ìy right is to defend my territory during other cat's invasion without my permission.
5. I have the right for safety in my bed and toilet and near my toys and the right to protect these things from unauthorized inspection.
6. I should not be shifted from my place during my rest without serious reasons.
7. In no case I should be punished with a kick or slap otherwise I have a right to use my claws and teeth.
8. I must bathe only in case of emergency.
9. I warn all my friends, adults and children against pulling me by tail or thoughtlessly sitting down on me.
10. My person will never leave a frozen fish to thaw out so that to be driven crazy on return having found it partly eaten.
11. On my resistance to points 3 and 8 one can never use a sprayer.

And now - the bill about man's rights (what I do not advise or forbid):

1. To leave stinking spots.
2. To roll near mud and pools.
3. To eat flowers.
4. To leave stinking evidence of passion around dining table.
5. To constantly meow.
6. To hang about my way when I am in a hurry.
7. To confuse a toilet with my shoes.
8. To expect that I will give the best pieces from my plate.
9. To yell early in the morning.
10. To spoil the furniture.
